To sign up for our e-mail list, we would require your name and email address, and possibly your zip code (so that we can send upcoming concert information). At times, there may be special mailings or contest where we would also require your address, phone number, and possibly your age (to meet legal requirements). All information collected is used solely for communications between Kutless Inc. and you.

How we protect your private information:

Visitors to the Kutless web site are never required to provide any information. Only those fans that wish to sign up for the mailing list or enter contests will be asked for personal information. Kutless Inc. will never sell your information to a third-party. If Kutless runs any special contests, your information may be provided to that third-party for the expressed purpose of administering the contest and notifying winners.

How to remove your name or update your information:

If you wish to have your name removed from our lists, or update any of your information, please email us at info@kutless.com. You will need to provide your name and email address and other information as appropriate.

Use of "cookies" and other tracking information

This website does use temporary cookies, but only to support functional aspects and navigation of the site. We do not place any permanent information on your hard disk nor collects information from you without your explicit knowledge. We also may track statistics such as which pages are visited the most, what songs people play, etc. However we never collect this information in regard to an individual's name, email address, or personal computer. This information is used solely to improve performance of the site, improve functionality and add new features to better meet our fan's needs.

Kutless Inc. encourages all children to consult with parents before providing any personal information on this site, and we never collect information such as address and phone numbers for our mailing lists. We do collect city and ZIP code to better inform our fans of upcoming concerts and events. It is important that parents are involved in their children's Internet experience, and ultimately their responsibility for setting guidelines about what sites children visit and what information they are allowed to provide. If you feel your child provided information in this site that you did not approve of, you may contact us at info@kutless.comto have your child's name removed from our mailing lists. You will need to provide your name, your child's name, the email address the child used, and your contact information.

Cases Legal Disclosure

Kutless Inc. will only disclose personal information if required by law enforcement / legal authorities in conjunction with official legal investigation. We may also disclose personal information to necessary legal parties if we feel there are any issues of public safety, or if the terms of our online policies have been breached.
