Winner and guest will have two weeks from February 28, 2012 to respond for availability to attend the trip and provide all necessary personal information to arrange for travel and the trip. If unable to attend we will re-draw for a new Grand Prize winner.
2nd and 3rd prize winners will receive an iPod Touch and complete Kutless discography.
Trip scheduled for August 14-18.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins 1/12/2012 12:00 AM PST, and ends 11:59 PM PST on 2/25/2012. You may enter to win by clicking on the box when purchasing our pre-sale CD “Believer” or by hand printing your name, email address, address, zip code, daytime and evening phone numbers, and age on a 3" x 5" card and mailing the card to: Kutless, PO box 233, West Linn, OR 97068. Kutless is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected,or postage-due entries. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries not considered. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 PM on 2/25/2012. Contest open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older (19 in Alabama) with a valid driver’s license. Only one entry per person permitted.
Prize winners must each sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release in order to take delivery of any prize. Additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Kutless Inc, Everlasting Tours LLC or any affiliated sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate. Prizes are not transferrable. No cash in lieu of prizes. No substitution of prizes. In the event that Life Songs Friends and Family Getaway is postponed, changed, or cancelled in whole or in part, no cash, prize substitutions, or other compensation will be provided.
By entering this contest and/or using any prize, you agree: to release Kutless Inc, Everlasting Tours LLC each of their respective parent, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, (collectively the “released parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in this contest or with acceptance and use of any prize.
